HappyReading!

The most difficult thing a writer faces after writing a piece is, of the task to justify it...

People wondering that why it has been written or for whom, is it something happened to him/her or to someone they know..

I am not qualified enough to call myself a writer but being someone who loves to write, I can assure you that most of the times it's just a figment of one's imagination.
What you read doesn't necessarily mean it exists....It can very well be something purely concocted in one fine afternoon...

Having said so, there lies a little bit of reality in the fairy tales as well, so in the pile of fantasy, there might lie one or two spoons of truth, to be precise.

However, it's better to enjoy the piece as fiction rather than fixating on it..

Un_named!

|| No! we are not friends, acquaintances may be.
No! we are not friends because we parted ways long back.
I know he is not a part of my journey,
...yet there's this feeling that never seem to lack.

No! we are not friends, but I know we pray for each other's well being.
No! we are not friends because it is what it is suppose to be.
Still, today I hear his suggestions,
...all the worldly knowledge that made me see.

No! we are not friends, will never be.
No! we are not friends, because I have always been a control freak.
However, I wish we meet someday and could just smile,
...and from that alone, you will know that, where ever we are, it's always your well-being that I seek.

"There are relations in world that do not require any name calling", you said to me one day.
Then I did not know that our's will be one of those, if I may say.
I am not even close to the person you searched, I guess
But there's not a cell in my body that wants anything for you but success.||

The Generation Gap

|| The term friendship has been distorted and misused enough to make a whole generation believe that tagging in social media is the only way to prove that one has friends...
....that if you don't go clubbing and post selfies, one is devoid of friends....
....that honest opinions can only be given through abusing and not just through a civil discussion.
....that a beer holds more power as a truth serum than just a hot cup of tea and a sincere pair of ears.
....that if it's causing you inconvenience, block yourself from that part of life, because that's the easiest way of inner peace.
....that if a guy and a girl started of as best of friends, they will end up either getting married or getting estranged, nothing in between (and if that doesn't happen, they were not best friends to begin with).
....that if it's not white, it has to be black and vice versa (had that been the case, there wouldn't have been so many shades in between).

....and that if you don't think whatever is written above is cool and acceptable, then you probably belong to another generation of species..

The term friendship has been distorted and misused enough to make another generation think that where exactly everything went wrong...||

PoetryDay

|| Love should be a feeling and never a decision,
I have felt it enough to know that at the end of the day, what matters is,
...Appreciation over possession...||

UnFelt!

You know how someone immensely known becomes so oblivious that you can't even recognise his/her presence..

A place where you used to go to unburden, becomes a pile of unspoken estrangement...

A habit of being open when forced to turn to a limited interaction..

A feeling of safe space turning to a blank space...

The feeling of serenity turning to a shout in space...

The ones who don't know these feelings are the peaceful minds on earth...

For the rest of the world, I just wish no one dies with so much restlessness inside because no one deserves it.......

It's a great feeling when you know that someone is at peace because of you...But what people don't understand that peace doesn't come if either party is forcing it...There is nothing "necessary" about hurting one's self to bring peace...

Peace is achieved from inside .
....It's rare.... Nevertheless, we should try...Not by changing ourselves or our reality...But by accepting both...

#ToNature_Kerala

The lush green slopes,
...intoxicating visual of the tea estates,
A far away waterfall,
...accompanied by the Sun that sets.

The starry night sky,
...with erratic cloud covers,
The tea shrubs in middle of hide and seek.
...and a silence that hovers.

Down at the sea level,
...the houseboats oscillate,
Just adjacent, are the fishing nets that make all sorts of sudden noise,
...may be finally, the fish ate its bait.

Here the Sun rises from the backwaters,
...then set in the sea, splashing an amazing aura, to say the least.
And then the moon came with its full might,
...coating a silver canopy over the Venice of the east.

All the colors of rainbow is seen across the shelves,
..makes one to delve into them, suffering from a restless a shin..
The aroma of all the spices calling your name,
....open all the pores to inhale them in.

From the green that is soothing,
...to the Sun that's sultry.
It is rightly named as,
...God's own country.

The Bird And The Tree

There is a tale older than time,
Let me make this interesting by making it rhyme.
The day might pass by lest,
I need to say it in haste.

A bird and a tree,
Yes, as you may see.
Fell in love,
That wasn't tough.

From being together in the winter-ry afternoon,
To drench in the rain, that came very soon.
From feeling the tingling grass of spring,
To dance and sing.

And then on a fateful day, a bird-hunter came,
To swipe off all the birds in the forest, he swore on his name.
With a fistful of anger towards the Ave,
No one knew from where he came with all his rage.

Tree heard his angry speech,
And thanked God because, during then her bird was out of his reach.
The bird flew in during the dusk,
Spending apart the whole day was a tedious task.

He was busy otherwise that day,
Oblivious to the advent of a monster some may say.
Tree tried to reason with him saying he should go away,
But the bird refused and said he loved her enough, and wanted to stay.

Over-concerned for him, the tree decided to do the baleful thing,
Her love disappeared, she said, and asked him to leave without a ping.
Heartbroken bird could not say a word,
Painfully sighed and flew away with a silent chirred.

The tree cried that night
It was a painful sight.
Accompanied by the rain,
But then had to restrain.

He was born to fly,
And belonged to the sky.
She smiles now and then,
knowing that she did not keep him in her reign.

Knowing that he is experiencing everything she never can,
Everything they spent their days to plan.
Knowing that every-time he comes across a tree,
"He definitely remembers me!"
