I am a 90's kid, and like most I will choose Kumar Sanu anyday over Arijit Singh, not that I don't like him (huge fan)...
I am a fan of good music, but when it comes to nostalgia, 90's has a much bigger role to play..
I remember every song when I first heard it...The minute detail of what I was doing, more so if it's a Kumar Sanu masterpiece..
My father and I used to collect cassettes..Both of us, still are huge fan of 90's songs...
Of all those songs, there are certain songs, which used to bring out a feeling of pain in me then..I never realized why, because I was only a kid and wasn't aware of any heartbreaks..but whenever used to listen to that song, I could feel that someone is feeling a lot of pain (the song demanded that ofcourse).
In a certain music app, I found that song after ages...It's a very popular 90's song...
...And my cab ride today is accompanied by this song, I know it will be on the repeat mode for quite some part of today...
The only difference this time is, I know about the pain he is singing about....
Apart from the theme music of KalHoNaHo, no song could ever brought out tears from my eyes (they are anyways dried up, as people say)...
However, today I know of another song which can do that...
