BeYou

Definition of beauty changes; it changes:
from one generation to other,
from one occupation to other,
from one part of the world to other,
from one human being to other.

I have been on both the receiving end of “why are you so thin? Don’t you eat food?” and “If you can lose a little more weight, you will look good.”

No matter what you do, people will find a way to criticize you and shape you as per their convenience.
At the end of the day what matters is that you are fit. Involve yourself in any kind of physical activity, be it jogging, yoga, dancing, playing any sports; any activity that makes you stay healthy.

I have made peace with the fact that I am not going to be slim, and no matter how much I exercise and control my diet, there are certain problem areas in my body which will enhance with age and not be as toned as movie stars and models, and honestly speaking I do not want that because they are getting paid for what they are doing to their body and looks; I am not!

Moreover, I love to eat and that is my go to thing, when I am sad, when I am tensed, when I am depressed, even when I am happy. So all of you out there thinking about your looks DON’T!

The right person won’t care that your hair is messy and you have a double chin.
The only thing one should care is being fit and healthy…..and one does not have to have a zero size figure to be that!

Be your own kind of beautiful!

  1. Beauty is in the inside. People of today have become surfacial so outer beauty matters so much. Looking inside one's self shows the real beauty..
P.S.Next time anyone tells you fat or whatever tell them to look away.
